‘Tis Brazil: Playstation 4 Will Cost Around 1800 Dollars in Brazil

Say, do you feel like throwing some money out, son? How about you fly down to Brazil when the Playstation 4 is launched and you fork over 1800 dollars? No? Well, if you live in Brazil you have no choice. You just hafta.

Sony claims that the Brazilian price tag (464% more expensive than the amount in the US) is justified due to Brazil’s import taxes. The problem is that no one can corroborate that information. All people know is, although Brazilian taxes are crazy high, there’s still a bunch of numbers being added to that equation that are not being revealed by Sony. They also said logistics, transportation and storing is way more expensive in Brazil than in neighboring countries, like Argentina and Chile.

You know what? Go home, Sony, you’re drunk!
