Alex Calder makes music that is more than just the simple toe tap and head bang. And with Strange Dreams dropping in just eight days, the Mac DeMarco collaborator will be slippin’ and slidin’ in and out of your dreams, nights, and collective subconscious. The guitar work is butter, but the kind of honeyed mix a wild Manson hippie would sell at a Colorado marijuana rally. To summarize, the new tracks are magically delicious and bewitchingly infectious, taking you higher and higher with each and every listen.
