BLUE RIDGE BOWL CELEBRATES OPENING WITH TEDESCHI TRUCKS BAND

ARRINGTON, VA- Tedeschi Trucks Band are among the signature acts to bring their fire and spirit to the Lockn’ Music Festival. After performing at Lockn’ in 2013 and 2014, they’ll be back in September for year three, which makes them the ideal artists to launch a new music venue in a natural amphitheater setting at the festival site.

On Saturday April 18^th, Lockn’ will present a special performance by the group at the new Blue Ridge Bowl at Lockn’ Farm. To honor their association with the festival, this is a FREE event for all Lockn’ 2015 ticket holders. Anyone who has already purchased, or purchases a Lockn’ 2015 ticket before April 18th, will receive a free General Admission ticket to the Blue Ridge Bowl show.

“Peter Shapiro and I are thankful that so many people have already bought tickets for Lockn’ 2015,” says Lockn’ co-founder Dave Frey. “We hope Lockn’ 2015 ticket holders will appreciate that this show will be free for them. We’re also announcing more Lockn’ artists later in the week.”

The Blue Ridge Bowl is Virginia’s newest outdoor amphitheater located on Lockn’ Farm adjacent to the historic Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, VA. Both Lockn’ Farm and Oak Ridge Farm are home to the annual Lockn’ Music Festival.
