From Dine Alone Records is Hannah Georgas’ For Evelyn. It releases on iTunes and through Dine Alone on June 24th.
Though only her singles “Don’t Go,” “Rideback,” and “Waste” have been released, the whole album is available to stream as posted on Consequence of Sound. The album is heavenly and ethereal, both in its instrumentation which is simply effortless and in its lyricism which is greatly empathetic and accessible.
On COS, she explained the album this way:
[It] came from a concentrated period of writing, during which I was in transition and experiencing a number of changes in my life. The feeling of being unsettled and dealing with the anxiety of change is a common thread throughout.
