You may recognize the singer/songwriter John Andrews who became too preoccupied with Quilt & Woods to finish his first solo album which he began recording in 2013. After a deserving break, he and his back-up band, The Yawns, were able to complete the recording of Bit By The Fang on Woodsiest, set to release on April 14th on vinyl and digital. Andrews’ sound is described as a “well crafted compilation of acoustic guitars, piano, fluttering violins which make up a psych-country/R&B sound” by Jeffrey Silverstein.
