As Stereogum points out Nicolas Jaar, electronic producer and half of the recently broken up Darkside, has shared some new music with us just in time for the Oscars. Jaar has provided an alternate soundtrack for the 1969 Soviet film The Color of Pomegranates directed by Sergei Parajanov. The soundtrack was uploaded on Jaar’s label Other People‘s Youtube Channel.
