Charles Duff, a.k.a. Matrixxman, last month announced a full length debut, Homesick, out 7.10 via Ghostly.
Now he’s given the world a taste of what’s to come with “HMU (Hit Me Up)“, a machine-y number that features Duff’s friend and frequent partner in crime Vin Sol. After giving its dark blips a listen you won’t be surprised to hear that Duff is a massive X-Files nerd and names Google’s director of engineering, Ray Kurzweil, as an influence.
