As the release of his debut EP draws near, today Null has shared the video for first single “Luv U, Luv Me,” off Almost, out March 3rd on Acéphale/Siberia Records. The artist writes, “Almost engages with the broad scope of the genre ‘Electronica’ – essentially I’m attempting to create work that can wear the name earnestly and bring new life to the classic genre. The video for ‘Luv U, Luv Me’ was created by Los Angeles-based creative team Oval-X, who have developed a series of immersive visuals to accompany the EP. This clip puts the song under the microscope (literally) and hints at what is to come for the rest of the EP and visual accompaniments.” The video was premiered via Dummy and can be watched here.
Luv U, Luv Me combines a plethora of different genres all mashed into one song almost like a demo of what the artist can do, demonstrating that you can fulfill more than one niche is something that any aspiring artist must try to attempt!
