Lead vocalist and lyricist of the rock band Led Zeppelin Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters recently announced earlier today their 2015 tour schedule in support of their new album “Lullaby and…the ceaseless roar. The album quoted as being “Stirring, often melancholic and thoroughly modern, lullaby and…The Ceaseless Roar throbs with ambition and subtlety and rewards replays” by the Associated Press, has also received some of the best reviews of Plant’s solo career.
Plant described lullaby and…The Ceaseless Roar as, “a celebratory record, powerful, gritty, African, Trance meets Zep.” He continues, “The whole impetus of my life as a singer has to be driven by a good brotherhood. I am very lucky to work with The Sensational Space Shifters. They come from exciting areas of contemporary music…”
The groups tour is set to kick off May 24th at the Sasquatch festival in George WA, from which they will make a return to Bonnaroo the weekend of June 12 and will be finishing off on June 17th in Philadelphia P.A. at the Mann Center. The complete itinerary is below.
