Forefather of the Omaha music scene and veteran singer/ song writer from the lo fi movement of the early 90’s Simon Joyner is still in action. Simon recently shared”Nostolgia blues” from his forthcoming album ” Grass, Branch and bone” which is due to debut march 31 on Woodist. Though Joyner tends to keep a low profile and only tours occasionally as a means to keep music as his artistic outlet instead of his occupation. Joyner is set to play Woodist festival in Big Sur on May 18th . So make sure to get your tickets soon because you never know when Joyner may choose to come out of the woodwork again to share his great talent live.
