Yogi and Skrillex release strange music video for “Burial”

London based artist Yogi and DJ Sonny John Moore (AKA Skrillex) have teamed up to release a new music video.

Released on July 6, the video features a remix of Yogi’s “Burial” with Skrillex as well alongside some rather bizarre visuals, including the antics of several interpretative dancers and a man who appears to take his own rubbery face off in the vein of a “Scooby Doo” monster reveal. As artist Jeff Hamada described the scene, “[At the two minute mark,] This video, directed by Grant Singer, wins the award for most unexpected moment…”.

The video is also notable for its guest features. While Yogi’s original track already showcased the talents of American hip hop artist Pusha T, the collaborative music video also brings in both artists Moody Good and TrollPhace.

The official music video is available on Skrillex’s YouTube page and can be viewed below.
